Photograph one receipt
Use the camera or choose a receipt photo from your gallery. Include the whole receipt and make sure the text is readable. Use one receipt per photo.
Check the extracted details
Consent to the first AI submission. The photo is processed online to read the store, date, total and item lines. Correct or complete the details on the review screen.
Save to your archive
Save the checked receipt. Find it later using the date range and your receipt notes, and use saved receipts to track your spending.

Does receipt scanning need internet?
Yes. AI receipt reading does not run on your device; the photo is processed online. The app asks for consent before your first submission.
Does AI always read everything correctly?
No. Blurry or incomplete photos can produce missing or incorrect details. You can review and correct the result before saving.
When does my scan allowance reset?
The app shows your remaining scans and the reset time. Free and Pro plans have different allowances. An unreadable photo may still use a scan if it was processed by AI.
